Connected to CCC is the Oregon Manufacturing Innovation Center (OMIC)

OMIC is a place where innovation and creativity are the economic engine for a flourishing community. OMIC is a collaborative environment bringing industry, higher education and government together in partnership to develop new tools, techniques and technologies to address manufacturing challenges through applied research and advanced technical training. OMIC membership includes regional, national, and international metals manufacturing industries, such as The Boeing Company and Daimler Trucks North America. OMIC higher education partners include Portland State University, Oregon State University, Portland Community College and Oregon Tech.
